This attractive and welcoming community pub is close to the city's Northern bypass. Bricks from Gloucester's demolished 18th Century infirmary were used in its construction in 1985 close to the site of a former Greyhound Stadium. A single bar serves three distinct seating areas each with its own rich style of furniture and decor. Food is available midday until 2100 (2000 on Sunday). A small garden has a heated covered area for smokers. Two guest ales are from Marston's national list.
