Since its takeover by new landlords a few years ago this pub has been transformed and it is now the focus of village life. An attractive stone building in the heart of the village, it has a comfortable and well-furnished interior, and is popular with locals as well as visitors. Pub games include pool, darts and boules. A good food menu is served lunchtimes and evenings. Children and dogs are welcome and B&B accommodation is available.
