This grade II listed weather boarded freehouse is a long standing guide entry and has won many local CAMRA awards. In addition to the three regular ales, four nationally sourced one from Tring, Cotleigh, Irwell Works and Mighty Oak are available along with real cider. A beer festival is held each Autumn in the attractive patio style garden Live sports are occasionally shown on large screen television. A wood burning stove and a comprehensive juke box add to the atmosphere.
