Friendly community pub, renowned for the quality of its Pedigree, which has a rapid turnover. The guest ales, at least two, are free of tie and often feature local brews. Bar staff are happy to provide guidance to the uncertain. The single L-shaped room is complemented by an enclosed beer terrace to the rear, surrounded by leafy trees in summer.
