The Gleaners Inn dates back to the 1800's and comprises of a light and airy large lounge area with raised seating overlooking the ample car park. The separate bar area is smaller and homely with with a number of historic photos including one showing the pub at the turn of the 20th Century when it was a Home brewery pub.

Historic Interest

The Gleaners became an Asset of Community Value on the 16th March 2016 following registration by Gedling Borough Council and nomination by the Nottingham Branch of CAMRA.

The Gleaners Inn is in Gedling Borough Council's Calverton Conservation Area.

In 1876, the landlord was William Wibberley (Post Office Directory).

A former Home Ales pub, the Gleaners Inn freehold (NT228662) was registered to Red Star Pub Company (WRII) Limited (Reg. No. SC202869) [Land Registry November 2017].
