A Marstons all day dining pub situated on the A610 between Ripley and Ambergate, it became regionally famous when first opened due to the presence of a large yellow excavator on the roof, now removed for safety reasons and replaced with a smaller version at the roadside. Built on the site of Cromford Canal buildings with some old walls remaining.
This Pub serves 2 changing beers (from the Marston's group.) and 0 regular beers.
