Reopened in summer 2016 by Antic following closure in 2015 which resulted in a campaign to save the pub and Asset of Community Value status being granted. Typically Antic in style with an eclectic mix of furnishings and exposed services and pipework. Bare-boarded throughout and with a raised area of padded seating in booths. Open to view kitchen. There is a large outdoor drinking area to the side of the building, full of picnic tables and that is partly covered and partly heated. Equipped with five handpumps. Door security staff are very active here and the front door may be locked at times, prior to vetting.
