This lively city pub, is a haven for real ale drinkers of all ages. The attractive bar area has Victorian features, and there is a raised wood panelled area to the rear. Originally 'The Grapes' the old sign is behind the bar, it was completed redesigned as a Cains tied pub but now is leased out as a free house. New management in 2019. Can be busy on if matches are shown on the big screens. Outside food stall.
