Micropub opened in 2018. Conversion of the former "Garment" clothes shop at the Playhouse Theatre end of the High Street. Serving three to six fresh cask ales from local breweries such as Deya, Cloudwater, Verdant, Quantock, Beak, Moor, Wiper & True, Electric Bear, & New Bristol Brewery, more than 20 ciders, more than 20 craft beers, and more than 20 gins. Dogs are welcome and kids until 8pm too. Free Wi Fi. The owners have gone out of their way to create separate Ladies' and Gents' facilities which is not always the case with micropubs. Pub has reasonable access for those of limited mobility. Impressive Black Cat mural inside. Card payments only.
