Formerly the Barley Twist sweet shop, this small city centre craft ale venue has 2 cask ales, 10 craft beers, plus over 100 bottled beers available for consumption in the pub or as off sales. Most of the craft beers are 'Key Keg'. The downstairs area can be used as a function/events room. Castle Rock merchandise is sold. As with other Castle Rock pubs, the Castle Rock Collective loyalty scheme is available (see website)

Historic Interest

The Barley Twist is located in Nottingham City Council's Nottingham Canal Conservation Area.

The original wooden cellar doors from the Fox & Grapes have been incorporated into the wall next to the bar.
