This imposing building on the main A684 is a few hundred yards above the famous Aysgarth falls. A residential hotel, it has a public bar serving up to five real ales from local and regional brewers, its own fishing stretch on the River Ure, and a campsite to the rear. The guest ales are usually from local breweries. Bought in October 2021 by Barnsley-based Brook Leisure Group.
