Traditional oak-beamed building over 300 years old and close to Faversham Creek quayside and boat moorings. The walls are adorned with a wealth of nautical memorabilia and there are many original features, including an open fireplace. The pub serves many of Shepherd Neame's regular and seasonal ales.

A large garden. The pub is popular with locals, walkers and tourists. Live music Sunday evenings.

Most recently re-opened on 16th November 2023, under new management so food times and menus are being developed.
