The former Meltham Conservative Club is now the Fourth Fiend, the brewery Tap of the Three Fiends brewery. It opened at the beginning of December 2021 and has two handpumps serving cask real ale from the Three Fiends brewery and 7 draught taps serving key keg beers from the brewery and guests. The bar is a single room taproom with bar and kitchen serving street food from guest traders each weekend. There is a disabled toilet with access through the front door, and toilet facilities downstairs. The interior decor is bare stone walls with contemporary dark green/grey decor, stone tiled floor and exposed roof beams. The building retains the original Meltham Conservative club stained glass windows.

Food timings may vary, as food is provided by outside caterers.
