Extended former coaching inn at the highest point in the Blyth Valley, with views of the Northumberland coast. The pub is open plan with distinct bar and dining areas plus a conservatory. Dedicated to real ale, there are regular beer festivals. A house beer is brewed by Carlsberg. 7 guest ales are sourced from all over the country but regularly include local microbreweries. Marquee weddings are catered for on a regular basis. Also licensed for Civil Ceremonies.
