Blue's Micro Pub, Whitburn

Newly opened in February 2020, this micropub is located in the centre of Whitburn village. This is a small friendly place encouraging conversation with no TVs or gaming machines. South Tyneside Cider Pub of the Year 2023 and the North East Regional Cider Pub of the Year for 2022. They serve up to six real ciders from CAMRA approved producer list, and as well as four real ales often serving local ales. There is a bottle shop upstairs for takeaway or to drink in (or corkage charge applies). A Cask Club takes place every Wednesday , beer £3.20 a pint. Thursday is Pie and a Pint night. On Sunday there is a free cheeseboard as well as the Cask Club.

Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays except Whisky Club on first Monday of the month .
