This modern American bar/grill/diner, part of a small chain, is to be found on the western edge of the village. Most of the space is taken up by the restaurant, which seats 150, but there is also a bar area at the side. Food, which includes menus for different ages and appetites, consists of steaks, ribs, burgers, salads, fajitas etc and is served all day. It opens at midday and closes when the restaurant empties, normally between 10 and 11 in the evening. There is covered decking at the front and along one side as well as a small garden and there is overflow parking area at the rear. Previous names of this pub have been Boxers, the Smugglers Inn, La Collina and the Boxhill Tavern. Draught beer is available in half pint measures as well as two pint pitchers, but not pints.
