Large modern pub divided into various areas decorated in a rustic style with stone flooring, wooden beams and bare brick & wood cladding. The section towards the back is laid out for dining, the other tables are geared for drinking as well. 4 handpumps serve three regular beers and one seasonal. Good food is an important pub offering, and it's popular with locals. Families are welcome but you must be 21 to drink alcohol. Ample parking.

The pub name comes from a variety of strawberry - before the surrounding houses were built the area was renowned for its strawberry fields. A modern landmark next door is a Chinese Pagoda - home of Kam's Palace restaurant.
