A Victorian inn, re-built in 1899, in a tranquil conservation village in the Eden valley. A former branch pub of the year in 2012, this small hotel offers a varied range of real ale. The bar has TV and darts while the lounge has adjoining well appointed dining rooms. Across the road is an extensive well-maintained garden and stream.

In addition to main meals, breakfast is served 8-10am

Picnics can be ordered in advance to collect 12-5pm and 6-9pm
