On entering, a narrow passageway leads through to a central bar serving a number of drinking areas including a separate public bar. A pub, which actively supports local charities, it was the local CAMRA branch's Community Pub of the Year in 2018. A Cask Marque Excellence award winner, up to five cask ales are served on handpump.
