Formerly the Rose & Crown this is the first pub out of Leyland on the road to Preston. The Rose is a local community pub which underwent a smart refurbishment in 2014. The layout is open plan with different seating areas. There is an outside seating area to the side.

Live music on both Friday and Saturday. Food is limited to a curry and pint night on Thursday evening and Sunday roasts.
