The Weavers Arms is pop-up pub on one afternoon per year for the annual Whitchurch Pub Race, held on the last Bank Holiday weekend Sunday each May.

The Pub Race brings all the community pubs of Whitchurch together and celebrates their importance to the town while having a LOT of fun.

Not always real ale - may be bottled sometimes.

OPEN ONE AFTERNOON PER YEAR

Up to 200 competitors in fancy dress call in for sustenance! Not to be missed.

The landlord is a local character. Beware.

The Silk Mill is a wonderful attraction, with working machinery, excellent tea room and regular exhibitions and events.
