WoodWinters, Inverness (Wood Winters)

This is an off licence that sells real ale in a bottle, but they are not licensed for consumption on the premises.

Opened May 2016.

Woodwinters relocated from an address opposite its current location on Church Street in late 2021. A wide range of quality wine, spirits and beers is still offered, including both local breweries, Black Isle and Dog Falls, and including Europe and the World.

A floor-to-ceiling bookcase is loaded with a generous selection and there is a fridge under the counter which has some chilled.

Most of beers available are 'tinnies' but some bottled beers are also available.

Some of the shelf stock shows '...may be a sediment, pour carefully...', so the contents might be considered 'real ale'.
