A superb example of a well run independent town pub selling a range of three cask beers featuring a Timothy Taylors beer plus guests. Popular with drinkers and sports fans alike it has five screens around the bar showing different sporting events at a volume conducive to normal conversation. Allow time to find the hidden entrance to the toilets and watch out for the spider. Only pub with its own telephone exchange!
