Established in 2015, the Mash & Press (formerly Anstey Ale Brewery) is located in a two-storey former bakery not far from the village centre. A collaboration between Anstey Ales (MonsteX Brewery) and Charnwood Cider, it serves as a taphouse for both producers, serving a regularly changing selection of ales and ciders. Locally made wines are also available. Outside is a newly refurbished beer garden with plenty of seating. The pub and garden are dog friendly. The brewery was originally on the ground floor, but in 2023, production moved to Loughborough.
