Built by Everard's Brewery in about 1957 to serve the large housing development based around Downing Drive. Refurbished early 2016. The entrance leads into a bar-lounge area on the left-hand side. At the rear is a large conservatory-style extension used mainly as a dining area. Outside is a large lawned garden with picnic tables. Tiger is the regular beer; additional beers from Everards may be available. Buses 22, 22A, 22C to the city centre stop just across the road.
