For several years, the Swan & Rushes was a successful real ale pub and a regular entry in the Good Beer Guide. In 2022, it became "Sapphire Kitchen & Bar". No draught beers at all are served now: just bottles. Food includes burgers, seafood and chicken.

Historic Interest

A rebuild of a Victorian pub by Holes Brewery of Newark. Later to John Smith. Dated 1931 above the door.
