This new build venue is designed like a New England Hamptons beach venue. There is a large outside area complete with deck chairs. The cask beer is kept in a first floor 'cellar' that is on view to customers. Non of the beer taps at the bar are marked. The cask beers available are listed on blackboards behind the bar. The regular beers could be substituted from time to time.

A wide selections of bottles are available from both the UK and around the World, including a couple of real ciders.
