The Ship Inn is located in the charming village of Axmouth, on the main A372 between Seaton and Axminster. It is a friendly family run restaurant and pub, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It offers good-value home-cooked food, locally sourced where possible, with a varied menu. There is a large garden out back with wonderful views out over the Axe Valley. A skittle alley is available that can double as a function room. Live entertainment is occasionally featured (see website for details). Three real ales are usually on offer. The Seaton Tram can be seen running along the Axe Estuary. The changing ale is usually from Branscombe Vale.
