Fully refurbished in November 2016, this community estate pub has a large open plan layout with a mixture of wooden and carpeted floors. Comfortable seating with tables, chairs and sofas. The décor is plain, but contemporary. The layout has been designed to form three or four distinct areas. There is a dining area, a comfortable drinking area, and a section for pool and sports TV. A small lounge area is tucked away at the back. Competitively-priced food and drink is a feature of this pub. The car park has an EV charging point.

Historic Interest

Originally a Bass house. The Willow Tree is the only public house in Rushcliffe Borough Council's Abbey Ward. As at November 2017, the freehold for the Willow Tree (NT44312) was held by the Stonegate Pub Company Limited [Reg. No. FC029833].
