Re-opened after a major refurbishment Oliver's Pub & Kitchen has a bistro upstairs and modern comfortable lounge bar downstairs (complete with dancing area). The pub has a D H Lawrence theme throughout, reflecting his association with the town.

Formerly the Lord Nelson, an Ansells tied house, the building is in Eastwood Conservation Area.
