The White Hare Distillery or play den is a cocktails only bar with a shop. Majoring on London Dry style gins. Once a lively open plan bar that closed in 2007, the premises were dormant for a number of years before conversion to a cafe and children's creche. It burst back to life on 3 August 2020 and is run by the same management as the Mad Platter just down the road.
