A warm welcome is assured at this 15th century free house in an attractive village. A log-burning stove, exposed beams and comfortable sofas feature in the lounge, whilst pool and darts are played in the public bar. All meals are prepared to order from fresh local produce, including the chips. The chef looks after the beers, chosen to complement the food. Accommodation available in superb double rooms. The local cricket team uses this pub. Normally closed Sunday evenings in Winter.
