Popular town-centre pub in a real-ale desert offering a friendly welcome and a comfortable atmosphere. A large but unobtrusive TV screen features major sporting events. The restaurant has been recently refurbished with an extensive menu on offer. A side lounge allows for some relaxation away from the main bar area. There are a wide range of events throughout the year including live music most Saturdays, quiz nights, tribute acts and karaoke.
