Suburbanised country pub on main road, named after the famous local event held every Whitsun. Single large meandering bar with conservatory leading to picturesque garden with play area beyond. Good value food. Skittle alley doubles as a function room.

Usually has a guest ale. Bus stop right outside the pub.
