Wonderful village free house, incorporating the local shop and post office. Originally two adjoining cottages, the pub has multiple cosy spaces with beams and open fireplaces. The five handpumps offer national and regional ales and cider lovers can enjoy Cranborne Chase direct from the box. Close to the North Dorset Trailway, walkers and cyclists enjoy well earned breaks here and dogs are welcome and get their own firkin of water. The garden areas make this an all round destination throughout the year.
