Classic country pub set deep within “Hardy Country” The small bulkhead bar has a serving hatch to the rear room which houses a pool table and gives access to the garden. The walls are lined with ship-lapped boarding to dado height and decorated with Mediterranean pastel shades. The tables and chairs are in the style of traditional farmhouse kitchen. There is a piano and the pub is heated with a wood burner. When the dart board is not in use a couple can sit in on a raised decked area in a small secluded alcove. Closed Mondays in winter.
