Local branch Cider Pub of the Year 2022.

A genuine free house, going through an ongoing programme of extensive renovation. The beer range features many unusual choices. Friday night's music sessions often host well-known musicians. Also Live folk/mountain music Mondays and Thursdays. This Victorian pub - formerly a branch Pub of the Year and West Midlands Regional Cider Pub of The Year - is situated in a rural setting but is just behind the main road near to Coventry rugby ground. Some beers are now regularly being served from oak casks.
