Dates from 1797, in the Snow Hill district once an isolated hamlet that now forms part of Wrenthorpe, bought by Melbourne in 1927 who put up the present building in the 1930s

Now food-led with availability of a take-away service. Telephoning advised as latest food schedule was being sorted at time of last update. A sister restaurant operates in Darton.
