Impressively refurbished pub, with bare brick walls, flagstone paving and lots of beams and distressed wood. Deceptively large inside, it is split over a number of levels, and features a variety of intimate areas. Unashamedly food led, it nevertheless keeps the ales in good nick. By the main entrance is a neat outdoor drinking and dining area, plus an enclosed lawned beer garden leads up to the adjacent canal (public mooring available).
