Large managed pub on the south side of town. The former two-bar layout has now become a U-shape though one side is still much more lounge-y, being smartly decorated and sporting an interesting selection of large framed photos. Large screen TV allow sport to be watched in both sides. Patio seating area in front, and a gazebo and second patio to the rear. Standard GK managed-house menu with food served every day 12 - 10 and various offers e.g. two meals for £13.99 and Feed the Family for £20. Cask ales are from Greene King and associated breweries.
