Former pub, now open as a gastro-pub/restaurant. Currently closed Monday and Tuesday. A fixed taster menu which changes regularly is available Thursday through to Saturday with a small plates option available Wednesday evening. Sunday lunches are a speciality. Bookings are desireable via the website but tables are available for walk-ins at slightly reduced hours.

Historic Interest

Dating over 400 years, the pub was originally a rectory, and previous customers include Charlie Chaplin.
