One time farmhouse once called the Bull and Butcher. Closed as a pub from the 1940s to 1992. Famous now for home cooked food. Busy in summer, quiet in winter. Has a very welcoming landlord with a fine moustache and staff and dog biscuits on the bar! Now has the "Potting Shed" on site too, a huge barn-like structure where beers and food are served.
